Help us protect you, our staff, and the community.

To help limit the spread of COVID-19 to our clients, staff, and the general public, we are practicing social distancing and limiting contact.

If you have an appointment scheduled with us for service, installation, a site visit, or otherwise, and..

  • You or someone in your household have traveled outside of the province within the previous 14 days,
  • You may have come into contact with someone who has the virus, or
  • You or someone in your household is exhibiting symptoms or is self-isolating,

We ask that you reschedule your appointment for when you are well and the 14-day isolation period has passed. Our client services team will be asking these questions of each client prior to the appointment.

Our offices are temporarily closed to the public. We ask that you please contact us by phone or by email to make payments.
